Returns Policy

Fantastic customer service will always be one of our top priorities and we truly want you to be happy with your order! We try to give an accurate description of any wear that our preloved items have and do our very best to capture this in the photos, but we're only human! We won't quibble but please do bear in mind that it isn't the first time around the block for many of our clothes.  If you would like a refund or exchange, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll go from there!

Refunds & exchange procedure

  • Email hello@shopmojo.co.uk stating the reason for return

  • Return your item within 7 working days of receiving your order

  • Postage fees are customer responsibility (unless the item was not as described). It is highly recommended that a tracked service is used as MoJo & Co cannot be responsible for items not received

  • Your refund will be paid via the payment system used, upon receipt of the return

  • Please return your item for exchange in the original, reuseable packaging where possible
